Seasonal Yoga Teacher

Penny is an experienced yoga practitioner and qualified yoga teacher. She is a registered nurse, recently retired from a long career in the NHS and has always had an interest in holistic health and wellbeing. She believes that yoga can benefit individuals in many ways including improving physical and mental health, helping reduce stress and building resilience. Her personal experience of yoga in helping to regain fitness after a cycling accident has reinforced her view that everyone can benefit from yoga.
Penny offers both seasonal hatha flow classes and a vinyasa flow class. Classes are small – with a maximum of 6 students ensuring you get the attention you need. Find out more on our yoga page.
